1. Delivery Timeline

To estimate when you will receive your order, please use the following formula: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

Order Cut-off Time

  • 5:00 PM (CET) - Monday to Friday. * Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified if any significant delays occur.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days (depending on the destination).

4. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

As we ship internationally from Germany and our global fulfillment centers:

  • Payment: These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. For our US customers, most stationery orders fall under the de minimis threshold and typically do not incur additional duties.
