At Traboo, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn't quite meet your expectations, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags, ribbons, and labels intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.

  • Recommendation: For returns over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@traboo.com. In these cases, we will cover the return costs or send a replacement at no extra charge.

6. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically 3–7 business days).

7. Non-Returnable Items & Sales

  • Final Sale: Items purchased during clearance events or marked as "Final Sale" on the product page cannot be returned.

  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a delivery is refused at the destination or not collected from the carrier, any return shipping fees or handling charges billed to Traboo will be deducted from your refund.
